The Highfield Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading Principles (RQF) has been developed to do just that, and is used by some of the leading businesses in the UK today.

Able to support learners already in a team leading role or looking to start or progress into that position, this nationally recognised qualification will individuals the knowledge and understanding of team leading that will prove invaluable to them and your business.

This qualification is aimed at learners working within a business and administration role who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in a variety of work environments and sectors. It also forms the knowledge and competency requirements of the Intermediate Apprenticeship Framework in Business Administration.

It is supported by Skills CFA, the Sector Skills Council for occupations in business and administration, customer service, enterprise and business support, human resources and recruitment, industrial relations, leadership and management, marketing and sales (also includes contact centres and third sector).

In addition to the above, learners will also be able to choose other units from over 50 optional units available.

The objective of this qualification is to support learners in a team-leading role in the workplace, in any sector. The qualification forms the knowledge and competency requirements of the SASE Intermediate Apprenticeship in Team Leading however it can also be used on a stand-alone basis. It is aimed at learners who are new to team leading positions and will allow learners to develop their skills, knowledge and understanding of a team-leading role, resulting in the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification.

The Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) is aimed at individuals working in senior business administration roles, and aims to develop their knowledge and understanding across a range of administrative practices.

With over 75 units to choose from, it can be taken as a standalone qualification or form the knowledge and competency requirements of the Advanced Apprenticeship Framework in Business Administration.

The objective of this qualification is to support a role in the workplace. It is aimed at learners working in a management role in any sector. The qualification forms the knowledge and competency requirements of the SASE Advanced Apprenticeship Framework in Management and covers the knowledge and skills from within the Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard. Highfield has created a mapping document outlining which units and assessment criteria should be selected which is available to download from the members’ area of the Highfield website. It can also be used on a stand-alone basis.
